FAQs

What measurements matter for a staircase chandelier?

Measure the void and clearances from the stairs and landings. Ask your installer to confirm ceiling support and maintenance access.

How should I position the wall lights?

Check projection, backplate size and cable position against the wall and surrounding furniture. Confirm the mounting position with your electrician.

What should I send for Twist Series lighting advice?

Share the product names, quantities, dimensions and required date for your UK project. Include photos or drawings where they help show the proposed positions.

How do I choose pieces from the Twist Series?

Compare the fitting types, individual proportions and finish options. Start with the main position in your plan and check the technical requirements for each piece you add.

What light colour should I choose?

Compare the stated colour temperature and light distribution with the room’s finishes and other light sources. Review the exact lamp or integrated LED specification when planning a coordinated scheme.

What should my electrician check before fitting the light?

Provide the exact model and intended position. The electrician should check the mounting surface, fitting weight, electrical connection and compatibility with any existing controls.

How do I compare finishes across the range?

Compare the finish listed for each model and ask for current imagery where colour matching matters. Review the fittings alongside the room’s hardware and materials.
