Napoleon Black Marble Series

Colour, veining and pattern can vary between pieces. Ask for available imagery or samples of the selected stone and finish before ordering; a collection photograph is a reference rather than a guarantee of identical markings.

Check the exact material, dimensions, weight, finish and care guidance for the model. Confirm access and installation requirements with the relevant professional, particularly for heavy pieces or plumbing applications.

Ask what samples or current images are available for the piece. Compare tone and surface in the intended room, allowing for natural variation.

Review the available material for each piece together, paying attention to background colour and vein direction. Confirm any matching requirements before the order is agreed.

Confirm packed dimensions and weight, then check doors, stairs and lifting access. Agree the handling method before delivery.

Send the piece, preferred stone, dimensions, quantity and delivery location. Include access details and drawings where installation or plumbing positions are fixed.

Ask for care instructions for the exact surface. Confirm suitable cleaners, sealing and protection for the way the piece will be used.
