RV Astley Delivery

Our retail RV Astley prices include standard UK delivery. Trade and specialist delivery arrangements are confirmed for the order. Please contact sales@vorelli.co.uk before ordering for home delivery, restricted access, a remote postcode or an overseas destination. We confirm stock, the delivery service and any separately chargeable arrangements before you commit.

Stock and delivery times

For stocked items, typical UK transit is 1-2 working days by parcel or 3-5 working days by pallet or supplier driver, after dispatch.
These are indicative transit times, not a guaranteed order-to-door service. Stock, payment and delivery arrangements must first be confirmed.
For out-of-stock items, the supplier's indicative lead time is 6-12 weeks unless advised otherwise. We agree the delivery period with you before ordering.
Please tell us before ordering if a delivery date is essential. Do not book installation against an unconfirmed estimate.

Home delivery and access

Residential delivery is arranged in advance. Tell us the delivery postcode, whether the address is residential or commercial, and any access restrictions, stairs, lifts, parking controls or unloading requirements.

Deliveries are normally Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Standard UK delivery is to the doorstep; pallet deliveries are kerbside. A signature may be required, particularly for pallets. Access for large delivery vehicles must be checked before booking.

Specialist delivery services

Standard delivery does not include room placement, unpacking, assembly, installation, specialist lifting or packaging removal. White-glove and other enhanced services require a separate quotation and prior agreement.

If an agreed delivery cannot be completed because of a missed appointment or inaccurate access information, reasonable additional costs may apply in accordance with our Shipping Policy. We explain any proposed charge before rearranging. We do not charge you for a failure caused by us or our appointed carrier.

Overseas delivery

International delivery is quoted for the destination and item. RV Astley's standard European service is to business premises; delivery to a private residence requires specific confirmation. Do not assume residential delivery is available until we confirm it.

Your quotation will set out the freight service and whether import duties, taxes and clearance charges are included or payable on import. These arrangements must be agreed before ordering.

Retail and trade pricing

RV Astley products are excluded from our made-to-order volume-discount tiers. Any designer arrangement is agreed for the specific order and is not combined with other offers.

For products shown as price on application, we confirm the specification, availability, delivery arrangements and total price before you commit. Existing agreed quotations and order terms are unchanged.
